Shipping Policy

TPC Research LLC (“The Peptides Collective”) provides fast, secure shipping on all domestic orders. We offer the following tiers for complimentary shipping:

  • Free USPS Priority Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150
  • Free UPS Ground on orders over $350
  • We offer: USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day (2 business days), UPS Air Overnight,

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Orders received after this time may ship the following business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. All shipments are professionally packed using thermally protective materials to preserve compound integrity in transit.Shipping carriers, rates, and delivery windows are subject to change without notice. TPC reserves the right to substitute shipping methods of equal or greater speed at our discretion.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. It is your responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are legally permitted for import into your jurisdiction. We assume no liability for shipments delayed, seized, or denied by third-party carriers or authorities.

Returns & Refunds

Because our compounds are intended solely for laboratory research, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the chain of custody and product integrity. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you in good faith in eligible situations.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) received were damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect due to our error.
  • The product(s) remain unopened and unused, and are in original condition.
  • Email support@peptidescollective.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item , and a description. We will arrange a free reshipment of the product.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted for:

  • Products suspected of being intended for human or animal use. Any such use is a direct violation of our Terms and voids all eligibility for return, refund, or replacement.
  • Items that have been opened, tampered with, or stored improperly. Our compounds are sensitive materials, and once removed from our custody, we cannot guarantee their integrity or stability under unknown conditions.
  • Purchases made with the intent to resell or repackage. All sales are final and for in-house, qualified research use only.
  • Orders returned due to buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases. Because our compounds are sensitive to environmental exposure and chain-of-custody disruptions, we cannot accept returns based on second thoughts or mistaken ordering. Once a product leaves our controlled environment, its stability can no longer be verified, and re-entry into inventory is not permitted.

Return Procedure

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If approved, we may issue a prepaid return label at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return receipt and inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error originated on our end. Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 20% may apply to non-defective returned items. Risk of Loss Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the recipient. We encourage prompt retrieval and appropriate storage upon delivery. Claims for carrier-related loss or delay must be pursued directly with the carrier.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds should settle and post to your account in 10-15 business days, depending on the method of payment used at the time of payment and/or your card issuers policies.

Bulk and Special Orders

Contact us for bulk or special orders. Our friendly customer service staff will work with you to satisfy any special requests.

Abuse Policy

Any attempt to exploit our shipping or return policy—such as through false claims, misuse, or fraudulent disputes—will result in account termination, voided warranties, and refusal of future sales. We reserve the right to report misuse to relevant authorities or industry databases.
